- Broughtonia negrilensis is a species, named after the town of Negril in western Jamaica. This is a hybrid, compact plant and have small, tightly clustered pseudobulbs with 8 inches long leaves. The flower spike grow almost 1 metre long. Flowers have a large lip that has prominent veining.
