Returns and Refund Policy

Cancellations, Returns and Refund

If you happen to receive a damaged or defective Plant or Pot / accessory / supplies, you can return it to us with the following conditions:



  1. Cancellation prior to delivery – You can cancel your order for any Product at any time prior to your order being shipped from the facilities of Divine Blossoms. Orders are shipped the same day or the next day, depending on the volume of orders. For cancellation requests please get in touch with Us on our customer care number or write to Us at For cancellations made before order dispatch, any amounts paid will be refunded as per Divine Blossoms’s refunds policy.
  2. Cancellation at the time of delivery – Divine Blossoms does not accept cancellation at the time of delivery.
  3. Cancellation after delivery – Products once delivered, cannot be canceled.
  4. Cancellation of Services after delivery– For Products delivered, Services cannot be canceled.
  5. Products bought at discount during the sale are not eligible for any cancellations.
  6. In case, You receive a damaged product, please contact our customer care number or write to us at Damage or defect will be assessed based on the photographs provided by you in 1-2 days and a solution may be offered. If in the opinion of Divine Blossoms the Product is defective, the Product may be replaced or any other corrective measure may be taken, as deemed appropriate by the representative of Divine Blossoms, to address the issue. However, if in the opinion of Divine Blossoms there is no defect in the Product, Divine Blossoms shall return the same Product back to You and no further action will be taken. Divine Blossoms shall have the sole right to determine whether a Product is defective or not.


Return Conditions

  1. We only accept return/replacement claims only if you notify us with details of any deficiencies within 24 hours of receipt/purchase of the Products. No requests for return will be accepted post 24 hours of delivery.
  2. No claims will be accepted if the plant is re-potted/change of pot/ change of potting media or bare-rooted as this can shock the plant and will affect the health of the plants after the transit shock.
  3. You will need to send an image of the Product by contacting our customer care number or email to for claiming that the product is damaged or is not meeting the description. The Product should be returned in its actual condition at the time of delivery.
  4. We don’t accept any claims if the delivery is delayed in transit.
  5. Terracotta or ceramic planters or products are non-returnable or non-refundable for breakages during shipment.


Refund Policy

  1. Refunds will be processed within 7 days upon receipt of your package. The refund will be issued as voucher code or the original payment account as per your request. If the order is free shipping, postage will not be deducted.
  2. The pick-up service charge will be deducted from the total refund and self-sending shipping fee will be at your own cost.
  3. There will be cancellation charges of 20% of the total order amount on all cancellations and refunds.
    Note: Refunds will be initiated for items only, other fees like shipping, service charges are non-refundable.
